Udzielenie kredytu w rachunku bieżącym kredytobiorcy zw.debetem w wysokości 3.000.000,00 zł. Kredyt w rachunku bieżącym stanowi uzupełnienie środków finansowych Kredytobiorcy. Przeznaczony jest wyłącznie na pokrycie niedoborów budżetowych Kredytobiorcy, pojawiających się w ciągu roku. Kredyt udzielany jest od uruchomienia tj od 01.08.2025 do 31.12.2025r. Odsetki od wykorzystanego kredytu będą płatne do 30 dnia miesiąca następującego po miesiącu w którym wykorzystywano kredyt, na podstawie przedłożonego przez Bank pisma.
Zastrzegamy, że postępowanie może zakończyć się brakiem wyboru oferty w przypadku:
- niewystarczających środków na realizację zamówienia,
- zmianę zapotrzebowania Zamawiającego.
Warunki kredytowania będą podlegały negocjacji w siedzibie budynku Urzędu Gminy po przedstawieniu oferty.
